Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to make an exchange, please contact NUDIST team by email within 7 days after receiving your bikini. Our email: email@example.com
We will only accept an exchange in size, colour and style. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
When shipping the bikini back to us, the customer must bear the shipping costs. Our shop cannot be responsible for package losses in this process. Please consider sending us the package by registered mail.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and ask you to please inform us of the new product (size, colour, style) you would like to receive. We will then ship the order, after the proof of payment of the shipping costs (depending on where you are based).
NUDIST will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items. However we will support those shipping costs in case of error from our side (wrong product, size, colour or damaged product).
We do not accept returns for refunds. You can however request a credit note for a future purchase. We will give you a gift card on the same amount of the item you are returning. Please note that the original shipping cost is not considered.
